Praise to The Holy Spirit
Acts 14:8-28; Revelation 21:22-27; John 14:23-29

Praise to the Holy Spirit,
    Sent forth in Jesus' name,
To teach all things and counsel us;
    To strengthn us she came.

For Christ said:
     "Peace I leave with you.
My peace I give to you.
Let not your hearts be troubled,
          nor afraid."

'Twas by the Holy Spirit
     Apostles healed the lame
To help them stand upon their feet
     And never be the same.

For Christ said:
     "Peace I leave with you.
My peace I give to you.
Let not your hearts be troubled,
          nor afraid."

With grace the Spirit fills us
     To see the Mighty Lamb
Illumined by the light of God
     In New Jerusalem.

For Christ said:
     "Peace I leave with you.
My peace I give to you.
Let not your hearts be troubled,
          nor afraid."

The Holy Spirit teaches
     To dread no awesome foe.
And Jesus loved the Father,
That all the world may know

What Christ said:
     "Peace I leave with you.
My peace I give to you.
Let not your hearts be troubled,
          nor afraid."
